Welcome to The Penny McHenry Hydrangea Festival Blog! We will be updating with news and announcements about the festival as the planning continues.

It is official, the new venue for this years festival will be the new Douglas County Courthouse! It is a beautiful building, with lots of room and parking! I can't wait to see how magnificent the flower show will look displayed in the rotunda! You will definitely not want to miss a single second of this event, so mark your calenders now for June 3, 4, 5 and make plans to be there!

Start thinking about what you may have in your gardens that will be perfect for the flower show! Remember that the show is open to the public for entries, not just garden club members. There will also be table designs as well.
